Omer Fein serves as Israel’s Chief Economic Consul to the U.S. West Coast, based in San Francisco.

Omer has led the Economic Mission’s efforts at major global conferences, including RSA Conference and CES, curating national pavilions of high-growth Israeli startups and facilitating strategic partnerships and investment opportunities with global corporates and venture capital firms.

Prior to his current role, Omer served as Chief of Staff to Israel’s Trade Commissioner, where he worked closely with senior government leadership on international economic strategy and managed cross-ministerial initiatives.

Naor Paz is an Israeli cybersecurity entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and CEO of Capsule Security, a startup pioneering security solutions for AI agents. With over 15 years of experience spanning security, data, and networks, Paz brings a rare combination of elite intelligence background and product leadership to the emerging field of AI security.

He served eight years in the Israeli intelligence community, including the renowned Unit 8200, and worked as Security Research and Analytics Team Lead at the Israeli Prime Minister's Office. His exceptional contributions earned him the Prime Minister's Prize in 2018 and the prestigious Israel Defense Prize in 2021 for instrumental leadership in advancing complex technological projects and operations.

Transitioning to the private sector, Paz served as Senior Product Manager at F5, leading their Web Application Firewall and Advanced Security products to double-digit year-over-year growth. He then joined Firefly as Director of Product and GTM, helping build their Cloud Asset Management Platform for DevOps and Cloud teams.

In 2025, Paz founded Capsule Security, driven by the conviction that AI agents require an entirely new security stack rather than extensions of legacy controls. Backed by ForgePoint Capital and Lama VC (fka FXP), the company was selected as a finalist for the inaugural Black Hat Europe 2025 Startup Spotlight and has been accepted into the prestigious AWS, CrowdStrike, and NVIDIA accelerator program, further validating its innovative approach to this critical emerging domain.
